End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Partivize software, applications, and related services made available by Partivize. By installing, accessing, or using the software, you agree to this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the software.

License Grant

Subject to this EULA, Partivize grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for your internal personal or business use.

Restrictions

No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
No resale, sublicensing, rental, or unauthorized distribution
No use in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
No bypassing technical or security controls

Updates and Changes

Partivize may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. Partivize and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and related intellectual property.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partivize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the software under your control.
